Shipping policy

Shipping provider
All orders are shipped with DHL GoGreen from our studio in Bochum, Germany. We aim to offer climate-friendly delivery and work with reliable partners for safe and timely shipping.

Shipping area
We currently ship within Germany and to other EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us.

Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €80 or more.
For orders under €80 within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €5.99 applies.
Shipping to other EU countries is free for orders of €130 or more.
For orders under €130 to other EU countries, a flat shipping fee of €13.99 applies.

For orders placed through our B2B/wholesale channel, the free-shipping thresholds above do not apply. Shipping costs within Germany are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
– up to 2 kg: €5.99
– up to 5 kg: €7.69
– up to 10 kg: €10.49
For larger or heavier wholesale orders, or for shipments outside Germany, we'll let you know the shipping cost individually before confirming your order.

Shipping times
All items are made to order. Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has left our studio.

Please note that the delivery estimates shown at checkout refer only to the carrier's transit time after your order has shipped, not to our production time. For larger wholesale orders, production time depends on order size and our current workshop capacity, and can take approximately 1–3 weeks. We'll keep you updated on the expected timeline for your order.

We pack your items plastic-free and with care – using minimal, recyclable materials designed to protect your products and the planet.
