roki is us – Ronja & Kinan. We design, print, and ship every piece ourselves, right in our studio in Bochum. No outsourcing, no mass production – just things we actually believe in.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
Yes – for B2B orders, we ask for a minimum order value of €150. This helps us keep production and shipping efficient on our end. If you have any questions about this, feel free to reach out to us at hello@roki-design.com.
How long is delivery?
For larger wholesale orders, production time depends on order size and our current workshop capacity, and can take approximately 1–3 weeks — we'll always keep you posted on the expected timeline. Shipping then takes an additional 1–5 business days within Germany (or up to 8 business days within the EU), depending on the shipping method.
Who can register?
Our B2B program is open to retail businesses and stores within the EU that want to sell roki Design products wholesale. To register, simply fill out our company registration form with your business details, including your VAT ID (USt-IdNr.). We review every request personally and will get back to you as soon as it's approved.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are designed and made in-house at our studio in Bochum, Germany. We 3D print everything ourselves using PLA bioplastic, a plant-based and biodegradable material.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for wholesale orders within Germany is calculated by weight:
up to 2kg | 5.99€
up to 5kg | 7.69€
up to 10kg | 10.49€
up to 20kg | 18.99€
You might see a free shipping option at checkout — that one's reserved for private customers only. We'll confirm the final shipping cost for your order once we review it, before it's confirmed.
Why do I see a free shipping option at checkout?
That option is only meant for private customers (marked as such in the title) but still shows up for everyone. For wholesale orders, shipping is calculated by weight — we'll confirm the final shipping cost when we review your order, before it's confirmed.
Can I also order on Faire.com?
Yes we also have an account on Faire. We would like to ask you to order via our Faire Direct Link, as this skips the provision costs for us, which normally are between 25-15%. That makes a huge difference for us as a small studio.
