Hello, nice to meet you.

We make things that make you smile.

roki Design is a young design studio based in Bochum, Germany. We create modular design objects made to be played with, rearranged, and made your own.

Our Story

roki Design was born out of a simple belief: everyday objects should bring joy. We started small — big ideas, one 3D printer, and a lot of attention to detail. From the very beginning, we wanted to make design accessible, tactile, and a little bit playful.

Design Philosophy

Modular. Playful. Considered.

Good design isn't just about how something looks — it's about how it feels to use and live with. Our objects are designed to be combined, stacked, and configured in ways that reflect your personality. There's no single right way to use a roki piece. That's the point.

Made in Bochum — by us

Every roki Design product is 3D-printed in our own studio. We don't outsource production, we don't cut corners — each piece is printed, checked, and finished by us, which means we can stand behind every single one. 3D printing gives us a precision and flexibility that traditional manufacturing simply can't match. It also means we produce only what's needed: no excess stock, no waste from overproduction.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

We use PLA bioplastic — a plant-based material that's kinder to the planet than conventional plastics. And we go a step further: leftovers, misprints, and returned products are collected through our Second Life program and brought to external workshops for shredding, keeping materials in circulation rather than sending them to landfill.

We don't have our own shredder yet — but we're working on it. Our goal is to one day handle the entire recycling cycle in-house, from misprint to new material. We'd rather be honest about where we are than overclaim where we're going.

Made with care

We're not chasing trends. We're building things we believe in, one layer at a time — and we're glad you're here for it.
