Terms & Conditions for the Instagram Giveaway
1. Organizer

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility & Participation Requirements
Participation takes place via Instagram.
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Follow the Instagram accounts @roki.design and @acolouradaykeepsthedoctoraway
- Like the giveaway post
- Comment on the post and tag at least one other person
Multiple comments are not permitted.
Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 years or older with permanent residence in EU countries.
Employees of roki, cooperation partners involved in the giveaway, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
4. Prize
The following prize will be awarded:

Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
The prize is non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the end of the giveaway period.
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days after notification, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
6. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.
The processed data includes the participant’s Instagram username and, if necessary for prize delivery, their name and shipping address.
The data will only be used for the administration of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for prize fulfillment.
All personal data will be deleted after the giveaway has been fully completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Disclaimer Regarding Instagram
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. The sole contact and responsible party is roki.
8. Early Termination or Modification
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the giveaway at any time for good cause.
9. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
